Star Koishi Attack! is a simple vertical SHMUPS where Koishi Komeiji only as playable heroine. Two game modes available: "Endless Game" where player must achieve the highest ranks. "2 Minutes Game" where highest score is the main goal. There are also some items that can be collected only if meet certain conditions.
