After two long exhausted trial version since C79 and C80, the most anticipated Touhou action game in 2011 has finally arrived. Youyou Kengeki Musou which means "Bewitched Dream Weapon" will bring player into more realistic and beautifull Gensoukyou world. As Youmu Konpaku player will travelling around Gensoukyou in a full HD 3D action game which is inspired by Nihon Falcom's Y's series. Several players occasionally encounters installing troubleshooting and to overcome this issue please read the manual guide at the of download page. THUNDER FAITH

Thunder Faith basically is a horizontal SHMUPS when "Touhou meets Gradius." As Sanae Kochiya player will be armed with 6 shooting styles where each has advantages and disadvantages. With this, player is able to create more strategic gameplay and chains. Unlike Gradius, all weapons can be switched during playing by pressing A button by default. Also, each weapons has different bomb styles where the number can be seen from barrier circle around Sanae. 9 lives are given as starter, but no continue service. Since the game has an impressive performance, you are strongly recommended to play this. Thunder Faith is the 1st doujin Touhou project from YuYuSanSan which was released on December 2011.

MELTY BLOOD Actress Again Current Code is the sequel from original "Actress Again" which was released on Playstation 2 and Arcade last few years. The original franchise has been around for more than 10 years and considered as one of most succesfull doujin game both in Arcade and PC. The final release of "Current Code" adds two new playable characters to the roster — Powerd Ciel (Executioner Ciel) and Arche-Type: Earth (True Ancestor Arcueid). According to TYPE-MOON/ECOLE, there are 31 character totals (including hidden) and some can be unlocked with certain conditions. Using improved graphics engine has made the game looks better, although still not good as Frontier Aja's "Big Bang Beat Revolve." Before playing set your PC into Japanese locale is preferable. GENSOU SHOUJO TAISEN - KOU

Gensou Shoujo Taisen is a tactical simulation RPG where all characters based on Touhou Koumakyou. This game was released at Comiket 78 on 2010 and most of its gameplay is adapted from Super Robot Wars series. Player will move their units on the map and then choose the action commands. Language is an important issue, therefore before applying the english patch, your PC must be set into Japanese locale and the game must be updated to 1.12 version (you can download the patch from the developer's official site). After the game updated, you can install the english patch while your PC is still set in Japanese.

"Shirokuro Dai Batsu Chi" which means "White and Black Larger Land Punishment" recounts Reimu's story who has been manipulated Touhou world into 2 colours only. The game offers simple task like shooting fairies in specified number or reaching platform point without being hit by bullets or enemies. Although cursory looks simple, the game has a challenging difficulties. PUYO PUYO FEVER

Puyo Puyo Fever is the Japanese version from th 5th installment in Puyo Puyo series which was developed by Sonic Team in 2004. Originally the game was released only in Naomi based Arcade and Dreamcast console. Later, SEGA finally released this popular game to multi consoles outside Japan with better translation. Unfortunately, the PC version is still remain in Japan and never translated. The gameplay mechanics is still the same where you must matching same colour from falling blobs or puyo. "Y Unlimited Heroes" is another Gendansyou series that connecting the story between "X Unlimited Heroes" (Reitaisai 8 2011) and "Ma Danzan Unlimited Heroes" (Reitaisai SP2 2011). This time 2 heroines are selectable: Reimu Hakurei which represents normal mode, and Flandre Scarlet which represents hard mode. The difference between the two lies in ability and shooting range. Your fights will be slightly longer because you have to beat all 8 Touhou girls before reaching the final boss. There is no significant change in visual and BGM since the developer using the same game engine. Touhou Gendansyou Y Unlimited Heroes was released on Comiket 80 2011.

TOUHOU HACHIKASEN - ALLRANGE RETROSPECTIVE SHOOTING

Hachikasen which means "Eight Flower Blend" basically is a 3D classical arena shooting where player can shoot their bullets in all directions. In a top down view player must survive by shooting all fairies within 30 seconds and simultaneously increasing their level. Although it is possible to play using keyboard, players are encouraged using their analog sticks for better controlling experience. The first trial version was released on C76, while the final version was released on Comiket 77 2009. According to LIMITCYCLE the game actually was optimized for XP user, but fortunately runs fine for Windows Vista and 7. Before playing set your language into Japanese is preferable.

Binchou-tan to Okome no Kamisama recounts the adventures of Binchou, the charcoal girl in gathering rice bags which is scattered around the mountains. But this won't be easy because many ghosts are ready to obstruct her quest. Use your coal shoot, pretend rod and a special dance attack to destroy them. Throughout the game you'll find special items or partners to upgrade your weapons. Binchou-tan actually is a kind of charcoal which mainly used in cooking. Later, a Japanese mangaka named Takahito Ekusa create the manga and anime version in 2006. So far, there are only two PC titles under Binchou-tan franchise. Both are rare games which was sold limited only in Japan.

GURUMIN: A MONSTROUS ADVENTURE

Gurumin tells the story of Parin, a young girl who goes to her grandfather's house in the Tiese Town. Accidently Parin saves a girl who actually is a monster that can only be seen by children. To thank Parin, this girl takes her into the monster world through a secret portal which located in the back wall of the town. At the same time a group of monsters known as the "Phantom" is attacking the monster world. Parin then decided to help the monsters by searching for the legendary weapons drill. Gurumin actually is a fun game, but sometimes players are asked to write Japanese words. Since most Falcom's games are not translated, non-Japanese players would have bit trouble.
